We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Positive Behavior Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients across diverse settings. The Position We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners of all experience and suitability levels based in Broadmeadows. Whether you are just starting your career and have been endorsed at Suitable Level (must have a practitioner number), or if you have suitability levels at Core, Proficient or Advanced, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Conduct behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans. Implement strategies that enhance clients’ skills, independence, and social engagement. Conduct assessments to identify behavioural challenges and their underlying causes. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to caregivers, families, and other professionals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support strategies and make necessary adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with organizational and NDIS guidelines. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic client care. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other allied health profession. Have current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a behaviour support practitioner (either Core, Proficient, Advanced and/or Specialist). Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to a client-centred approach, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice. NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Current Driver's License.
