Make a real impact in the lives of people with disabilities We’re looking for a passionate and creative Activity Coordinator to design and deliver fun, inclusive group activities that promote social connection, skill development, and wellbeing. About the Role Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will: Create and manage a calendar of engaging activities tailored to participant needs. Ensure all programs are accessible, culturally appropriate, and aligned with NDIS standards. Coordinate logistics for venues, transport, and resources. Facilitate the Carers Connect advisory group. Apply for grants and manage budgets for programs and activities. Key Responsibilities Comply with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and WHS requirements. Maintain accurate records and complete risk assessments. Ensure staff and volunteer compliance (e.g., Working with Children Check, Police Clearance). Report incidents and feedback promptly. Collaborate with participants, families, and community partners to expand opportunities. Monitor satisfaction and drive continuous improvement. Requirements Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements. Experience delivering activities for people with disabilities. Strong organisational and communication skills. Current WA Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR, and relevant clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Working with Children Check).
