Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Successful candidates will require to hold and maintain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Negative Vetting 1 (NV1). Preferred qualifications: Experience in assisting with process mapping, documentation, or creating training materials. Understanding of the Cloud Industry, products, or technology trends. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or other sales-related business tools. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines. Responsibilities Help standardize and document key operational processes and business cadences (e.g., sales forecasting, QBR preparation) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the public sector team. Assist in implementing and monitoring data quality standards and hygiene programs to ensure integrity of sales data throughout the entire life-cycle. Coordinate the collection and verification of data required for regular business reviews, ensuring all inputs adhere to defined formats and schedules. Support the team in driving the consistent adoption of sales tools and operational systems by documenting best practices and providing support to end-users. Act as a coordination point with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Systems) to ensure operational processes are consistently followed and roadblocks are clearly escalated for resolution.
