Discover a career you didn't know existed.About The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and talented chef who wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environmentAs a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept of classic dishes with a contemporary twist.Some of the responsibilities includeAssist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. People like us.A Successful Candidate Will HaveRecent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining. Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for food. Qualification in Kitchen Production Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
