Senior Analyst – People Systems & Reporting Division: People & Culture Department: HR Services Reference number: 12795 Engagement type: Fixed Term Contract About the Role As Senior Analyst, People Systems & Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing HR service delivery and creating an exceptional employee experience. This position focuses on optimizing systems, reporting, and people data to support key operational initiatives. Working closely with P&C specialists and internal stakeholders, you’ll lead the uplift of our reporting suite to deliver accurate, efficient, and insightful data that drives informed decision‑making across the organisation. What You Will Be Doing Contribute to the effective administration of HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across key processes. Drive improvements to our reporting suite, delivering reliable, insightful, and actionable data to the business. Educate and train stakeholders on accessing reports and understanding people metrics to inform decision‑making. Support month‑end reporting and prepare ad hoc reports for People & Culture and the wider business; present data clearly, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for the GM of HR and other senior stakeholders, including tailored reporting for AEMO when required. What You Will Bring To The Role Tertiary degree in Commerce, Human Resources, IT, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience with HR systems, data analysis, and advanced Excel/reporting tools (SuccessFactors, Power BI highly desirable). Ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Experience in training, influencing, and building collaborative relationships across all levels. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
