Commercial Leasing/Sales Executive

Canford Estate Agents is a dynamic boutique company in search of highly motivated and results‑driven Commercial Leasing/Sales Executive to help us achieve our and our client’s growth targets. Canford has over the last 12 years transacted some of the larger sales on the Gold Coast to local, national and international clients. Our sales area covers QLD, NSW & VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new business, as well as nurturing existing relationships. You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled, and targets are met. The ideal candidate should have experience over the whole commercial property sector, with a proven track record. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients. You will be self‑motivated, confident, and able to demonstrate a real passion for leasing/sales and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met Continuously work towards improving the sales process and strategies Qualifications: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, AI and Mac platform Must have a valid QLD or reciprocal Real Estate licence Current full driving licence If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company where you can truly make an impact, then we would love to hear from you.
