Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistants to join our growing business in Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions. If you’re passionate about retail, enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and meet the specific requirements, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to our valued customers. Provide expert assistance in a firearms retail environment, ensuring customers feel informed and supported. Use your product knowledge and excellent communication skills to respond to customer inquiries effectively. Engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone to sell products and services. Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing new shipments to maintain a tidy and well-stocked store. Comply with all company policies and procedures with an ability to follow legislation pertaining to Retail Operations, Work Health and Safety requirements and the Firearms Act. Skills & Experience: A Firearm licence is essential; Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers; Passion for providing a genuine and exceptional customer service; Behave honestly, ethically, professionally and have great work ethics; Eagerness to grow your retail career and contribute to the businesses' success.
