Woods Group is a respected and long-established agribusiness with operations across grain processing, stockfeeds, logistics and farming. We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Payable & Procurement Officer to join our supportive administration team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our purchasing and accounts payable functions, and reports directly to the Administration Manager. About the Role Based in Goondiwindi, this is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where you will manage accounts payable, coordinate purchasing activities, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. You will work closely with managers and maintenance employees across the business to ensure timely approvals, accurate data entry, and efficient procurement of parts and consumables. Purchase orders and invoice workflows are managed through the Traild procurement system, which interfaces directly with MYOB for financial processing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the accounts payable function using MYOB and Traild. Enter purchase orders to MYOB, ensuring accurate coding and system alignment with Traild. Oversee invoice workflows, including matching, approvals and troubleshooting within Traild. Handle creditor enquiries and prepare creditor ledger and account reports. Ensure supplier payments are processed on time. File and archive documentation to company standards. Order parts and consumables as required. Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers. Generate administrative and financial reports for managers on request. About You Organised, accurate and confident with numbers. Experienced in accounts payable, purchasing or general bookkeeping. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing or general bookkeeping. Familiar with MYOB and/or digital procurement systems (experience with Traild highly regarded but training will be provided). A great communicator who enjoys supplier interaction and teamwork. Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Australian work rights are required for this position.
