As a long-established Australian made and owned brand, we have been a trusted partner of the professional hair industry for some time. A family-owned company that has been in business for over 50 years that was founded by a hairdresser, for hairdressers. Widely recognised as an industry leader in building brands and distributing haircare products across Australia. Our products are widely used by top salons and fashion professionals. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven sales representative to manage and expand a sales territory Melbourne to Geelong. About the Role As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing our loyal customer base while driving new business growth. Your role will involve: Maintaining a structured call cycle to meet customer expectations Developing and expanding your territory with new business opportunities Implementing key sales programs to drive growth in both existing and new accounts Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business expansion Providing education and training to customers on our product range Enhancing customer relationships and improving sales performance About You You have a passion for hair, beauty and fashion, combined with a love for sales and customer engagement. While previous sales experience in the hair and beauty industry is highly preferred, it is not essential.
