Play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence of one of Australia’s fastest-growing sportswear companies as we build towards major national partnerships and the 2026 Commonwealth Games. Valour is a high-performance Australian sportswear brand partnering with elite teams, schools, associations, and state sporting bodies. We are entering a major growth phase and are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager who wants to lead with impact and elevate a brand with genuine national momentum. This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Dural HQ and is ideal for a proactive, capable marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants ownership, influence, and the chance to build something significant. About the Role The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for leading Valour’s brand execution, campaign delivery, partner marketing, and digital communications across all channels. You will develop and deliver integrated campaigns, manage our creative output, and strengthen the connection between Valour and our communities, customers, and partners. Working closely with the E-commerce & Digital Manager and our Events team, you will ensure campaigns are aligned and high performing. You will also introduce smarter, scalable marketing systems that support our rapid growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a clear progression path as our team expands, including offshore support, future junior hires, and an evolving national brand remit. You will have full ownership of brand governance, campaign standards, internal communications alignment and partner asset delivery across retail, schools, associations and elite sporting programs. Key Responsibilities Brand & Strategy Lead Valour’s brand strategy across digital, retail, partner and event platforms Maintain brand guidelines, tone frameworks, templates and visual identity Build scalable marketing systems using automation, AI tools and best‑practice creative workflows Campaigns & Creative Delivery Deliver integrated campaigns from concept through to rollout and analysis Manage creative direction, content pipelines and outsourced design support Oversee all brand collateral including signage, brochures, partner kits, social tiles and event assets Digital Marketing & Communications Lead social media strategy, content planning and audience engagement Own EDM marketing (strategy, segmentation, drafting and delivery) Align content and messaging with e-commerce conversion initiatives Partner & Event Marketing Deliver high-quality marketing assets for schools, associations, SSNs and clubs Support the Events team with signage, creative, and campaign visibility Oversee co‑branded assets and ensure compliance across all partner outputs Reporting & Insights Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights Analyse campaign and content performance to guide future decision‑making Collaborate with E‑commerce on shared reporting and digital optimisation Leadership & Collaboration Manage offshore and future onshore marketing support Implement scalable processes, templates and QA systems Work closely with Sales, Schools, Customer Service, Events and the Executive team About You You are a capable, confident marketer with experience owning campaigns end‑to‑end. You combine strategic thinking with high attention to detail, strong creative judgement and the ability to execute at pace. You enjoy collaboration, bring energy to your work, and hold yourself to high standards. You will thrive in this role if you: Have 5+ years in a senior marketing, brand or communications role Are degree‑qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related field Have hands‑on capability across social media, EDMs, creative production and content strategy Understand digital ecosystems (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Business Manager) Are confident leading creative direction and brand governance Enjoy working across multiple audiences and stakeholders (schools, sport, retail) Want genuine ownership, variety and impact in your next role Are excited by major sporting partnerships — including our Commonwealth Games pathway Why Join Valour?
