Leading Hand Plant Mechanic | Bathurst Workshop Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Leading Hand will support their team and workshop, ensuring that maintenance and repairs are effectively coordinated. This position will set a strong example by showcasing attention to detail, efficient work planning, and proactive problem‑solving skills. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, this role will involve encouraging and motivating your team to achieve high productivity and efficiency, with a focus on safety and delivering high quality work. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large variety of Cat machines from mining trucks to dozers, excavators and graders.
