Key Responsibilities Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm Assist with custom designs and bespoke orders in our private diamond room Maintain a beautiful showroom presentation Book in customer repairs Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver a luxury‑level experience What We’re Looking For Retail / customer service experience (jewellery experience is a plus) Strong communication and people skills A genuine passion for fine jewellery Attention to detail and pride in presentation Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends) Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high‑performing team Why Join Us?
