What You’ll Be Doing
• Support client account management team in developing approaches and targets that meet the business goals of our clients• Manage clients expectations by communicating marketing strategies, providing technical support, and acting on client feedback efficiently and professionally• Assist Account Manager in driving client success by developing and managing paid marketing campaigns, and supporting social profile management and content approvals workflow• Assist Account Manager in extracting data from Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other reporting tools, to create recurring reports for clients• Become fluent with social media and ads dashboards such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads• Bonus: Experience with B2B clients, tech, or startup clients a plusYou're right for us if you have
• You will be managing content and campaign approval workflows, so
keen attention to detail
is a must• You will be developing quantitative client reports, which requires you to
know to extract data from analytics and ads platforms , and
have basic Excel and slide presentation competencies• You are
tech-savvy
with a passion for digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Email• You will be working with teammates and clients from various Asian regions, so you need to
possess good communication

team collaboration skills.
