We are continually expanding and looking for driven, talented professionals to join our sales team, further supporting the growth of our industry-leading offerings.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive specification and promote our products and services to key stakeholders in the Commercial D&C and A&D an Government sectors, primarily within the Brisbane region. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with decision-makers, understanding complex design needs, and delivering tailored furniture solutions that support project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote our portfolio of commercial furniture solutions to architects, designers, contractors, and government clients.

- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to project completion, ensuring timely delivery of specifications and orders.

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, helping clients find comprehensive solutions for their unique requirements.

- Actively generate new project opportunities in line with pipeline targets, and contribute to overall team objectives.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on product selections, ensuring that all design documentation and technical specifications align with project needs.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

- Proven sales experience within the commercial furniture or related sectors (3+ years).

- Strong understanding of the commercial sales cycle, including specification, procurement, and project management.

- Experience identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an eye for detail and a solutions-focused approach.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet sales targets and manage a diverse client base.

Base Salary: $85k - $95k + Super

- Car Allowance $20k + Commission (OTE $160k+)
