What You’ll Be Doing Providing complex hands‑on care including personal hygiene, transfers, PEG feeding, and engagement in daily activities within a trauma‑informed framework. Implementing BSP strategies, including proactive engagement and de‑escalation techniques. Client‑specific training will be provided. Communicating clearly and calmly, providing reassurance and choice throughout care. Working as part of a positive and compassionate support team. Perks & Flexibility Flexible shifts: Work around your busy schedule, with shifts starting from just 3 hours. Weekend rates: Earn more for weekend shifts. Full training and ongoing support: We invest in your development. Choice of shifts: Weekday and weekend opportunities are available. What You’ll Need Female Support Workers only. A qualification in Disability (minimum Cert IV Disability). Experience working with high intensity. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. A valid Driver’s Licence.
