Location: Based at DHL Express, 14 Advantage Ave, Morisset, NSW 2264 Position Type: Contract Roster: Monday to Friday inclusive Areas: Lake Macquarie Pay: Paid weekly You will be the face of our company providing the best possible customer service as you complete pickups and deliveries Developing and maintaining great relationships with customers and colleagues Handling shipments with care, ensuring that you meet all deadlines and targets by effectively managing your workload Making sure that all shipments meet DHL and regulatory standards by carrying out shipment security inspections Why Join DHL Express Get paid per delivery and pick-up + daily rate Comfortable uniforms are provided Comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided Working with a global industry‑leading brand Great working environment – named #5 Workplace in Australia by Great Place to Work in 2025 What You Will Be Doing You will be the face of our company providing the best possible customer service as you complete pickups and deliveries Developing and maintaining great relationships with customers and colleagues Handling shipments with care, ensuring that you meet all deadlines and targets by effectively managing your workload Making sure that all shipments meet DHL and regulatory standards by carrying out shipment security inspections What You Will Need Demonstrated experience in a similar role (multi-drop pick up and deliveries) A well‑maintained registered van (minimum 1 tonne) suitable for parcel deliveries You must own or lease the vehicle (rental approved for max 6 months) Vehicle must be white, unbranded & manufactured within the last 3 years Fully lockable vehicle including rear and side doors Registered active Private Company (Pty Ltd) ABN Relevant insurances including public liability, workers compensation and comprehensive vehicle insurance RACA certificate (or willing to apply) Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence with good history Full‑time working rights (citizen, permanent resident or valid visa) Health check letter from GP indicating you are fit to work as a courier driver Insanely customer‑centric mindset Strong communication skills A true team player with a can‑do attitude Safety‑first mindset Click the link & apply todayPlease note: Successful applicants must meet the above requirements and be willing to undergo pre‑employment checks such as a National Police Check.DHL EXPRESS.
