Digital Marketing Specialist – Campaign Builds, CRM & Operations (Ongoing Retainer) About Us We're a direct response marketing agency working with trades and service-based businesses across Australia. We run paid acquisition campaigns (Meta & Google), build out CRM automations, and handle full-funnel marketing – from ad creative to lead nurture to conversion. What You’ll Be Doing Building and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (lead gen and hiring funnels) Setting up and optimising GoHighLevel CRM pipelines, automations, email and SMS sequences Creating landing pages that convert Pulling reports, analysing performance data, and turning insights into optimisation actions Managing client deliverables and ensuring campaigns hit deadlines and targets Collaborating with the founder on strategy while owning execution You're a Great Fit If You Have Proven experience building and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns (not just boosting posts) Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, automations) Landing page building skills (GHL, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar) Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion principles Solid copywriting instincts – you know what makes people click and convert Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines without hand‑holding Clear communication and a bias toward getting things done Details Ongoing contractor retainer Remote – flexible hours, but responsive during AU business hours when needed Sydney‑based; not necessary but a nice to have To Apply Your experience with Meta/Google Ads and GHL – specific results you've delivered A link to a landing page or campaign you've built that you're proud of Your availability and preferred monthly rate Loom videos are a bonus Skip the generic cover letters – show us what you've done.
