What You'll Do As a Manager / Senior Manager, you'll take a lead role in delivering high-profile, complex projects across the financial services landscape. You'll be trusted to bring insight, structure, and confidence to clients navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment. You will: Lead end-to-end client engagements across Non-Financial Risk, Regulatory Compliance, or Financial Crime Compliance advisory. Partner with leading banks and financial institutions to deliver transformation and assurance projects. Drive investigations, remediation programs, and operating model design that enhance clients' risk maturity. Deliver change across people, process, technology, and data, helping clients embed lasting improvements. Work alongside senior stakeholders, regulators, and C-suite executives to solve critical business and compliance challenges. What You'll Bring 6+ years' combined experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory advisory gained in a top-tier consulting firm, financial institution, or regulatory body. Proven expertise in non-financial risk, governance, compliance, or assurance. Strong understanding of Australian and global regulatory frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, curious mindset - and a passion for solving complex, high-impact problems. Why Join?
