Senior Real Estate Lawyer

This is an opportunity to join a leading national Real Estate & Development team working on some of the most sophisticated and high-profile transactions in the market. You’ll collaborate with partners and teams across multiple offices and gain exposure to sector-defining work spanning government, healthcare, infrastructure, banking, media, and private capital. The structure of the team means you’ll work closely with a range of senior practitioners, have the opportunity to refine your niche, and build a strong foundation across complex and large-scale property matters. What You’ll Be Working On Acting for major developers, institutional investors, government and corporate clients on matters such as : Large-scale developments including office towers, industrial estates, build-to-rent, mixed‑use precincts and renewables Acquisitions and disposals across commercial, industrial, retail, residential and hotel asset classes Sale and leaseback arrangements Tourism, resort, and mixed‑use development projects Joint ventures, co‑ownership structures and development agreements Major leasing transactions and lease negotiations Real estate aspects of corporate M&A Subdivisions, securities enforcement, and property finance matters You’ll also be involved in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to BD activity, such as pitch support, articles, industry events and client seminars.
