We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to lead and shape our acute services, while working alongside a team of highly respected clinical experts. This is a part‑time fixed‑term (0.60 EFT / 45.6 hours per fortnight) role until September 2026, as a parental leave cover. What makes this role exceptional? Joining Monash Health as the Grade 4 Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you’ll become part of a warm, collaborative team that is passionate about delivering high‑quality pelvic health care to a diverse and expanding community. About You: To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge: Extensive experience in physiotherapy assessment, intervention, case management and discharge planning across the continuum of pelvic health care Advanced knowledge in the application of evidence and theory to practice in the area of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Ability to develop and lead professional development of undergraduate, professional and postgraduate physiotherapists as well as the wider multidisciplinary team On a personal level, you will demonstrate: Advanced level of recognised clinical leadership experience in an acute physiotherapy service including service development and leading others through change Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver safe, consumer focused care Previous experience leading both formal research projects and quality improvement activities Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced skills in organisation, time management, planning and priority setting Mandatory requirements of the role: Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
