Overview As the Home Site Supervisor, in Bundaberg, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with both physical and psycho-social disabilities. As a dynamic leader, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service (SIL). Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinate individualised care plans, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our much-loved clients. Experience with Dementia Care would be highly regarded. Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures. Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders. Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach. A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regarded. Availability to work some weekends and overnights where required Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle About Endeavour Foundation At Endeavour Foundation we have been committed to helping people with disabilities for over 70 years.
