Nido’s centre-based leadership circle Executive Service Manager (Centre Director): You lead the service; culture, quality and outcomes. Curriculum Leader: Enhanced Educational Leader coaching across all classrooms, with at least 2 days out of the classroom to observe, mentor and influence quality practices. Family Advocate: 25–35 hours a week building strong family relationships, onboarding new families and connecting with the community. Together, this team frees you up to focus on people, pedagogy and impact. It is one of our investments in our quality focused model.
