Job Description Now, about this role… You will play a critical role in protecting Judo from financial crime risks, including money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, bribery and corruption. This role supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the financial crime compliance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and internal risk appetite. Day to day, you will engage with our Bankers, Risk Management professionals and industry specialists to proactively monitor, assess and strengthen Judo Bank’s risks and controls. You will also create meaningful relationships across Judo and proactively enhance the culture and positivity of the Bank. If you love: Identifying, assessing and escalating compliance and financial crime risks across products, channels and customer segments. Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Bankers, Risk/Compliance and Operational teams to problem solve, provide subject matter expertise and guidance to help manage compliance risk. Developing and delivering training to enhance Judo employee’s knowledge, understanding and application of risk and compliance practices - with a particular focus on AML/CTF obligations and fraud framework. Analysing data and preparing reporting to identify patterns and emerging risks. Conducting transaction monitoring and on-going customer due diligence reviews. Then this just might be…your dream job. A genuine passion for working through and interpreting large volumes of data is essential - this role is all about uncovering insights and connecting them to financial crime risk. If you have experience in financial crime, compliance or risk management - and enjoy piecing together data, behaviour and regulation, you’ll feel right at home here. The skills you’ve picked up along the way: Highly collaborative with strong communication skills. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and risk assessment. Ability to build strong and trusted relationships AML/CTF and/or financial crime experience preferred but not required. 3 years’ experience in risk management or compliance preferred but not required.
