Senior Claims Consultant Marsh Perth, Western Australia, Australia We are seeking a talented individual to join our WorkCare Claims team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd. This role will be based in Perth – West Leederville and is part of the standalone unit within Marsh Pacific. Responsibilities Deal efficiently with client enquiries Contribute to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clients Visit clients and legal providers regularly Provide end‑to‑end claims management Submit claims reports as required Continuously work towards professional development by attending external and internal sessions Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act (WA), Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Regulations (WA) and the Principles and Standards as set out by the Regulator Qualifications Extensive knowledge and insurance claims experience in Workers Compensation and claims Experience in interpreting relevant Acts in making liability decisions Management of complex claims Demonstrate initiative and understanding when managing confidential information What makes you stand out Strong communications, personable and stakeholder management skills Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook and Word Good negotiation skills and ability to influence positive outcomes Self‑motivation and organisational skills essential Ability to plan and work independently and prioritise workloads Why join our team Professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders Vibrant and inclusive culture with talented colleagues to create new solutions Career opportunities, benefits and rewards to enhance well‑being Please note that people with criminal records are not automatically barred from applying for this position.
