Responsibilities: Responsible for online and offline marketing collateral such as motion and static graphics, video, e-newsletters, banners, posters, print ads, etc. Conduct video and photo shoots as needed during events. Provide art direction and support in production, including video editing, photo editing and etc. To assist in developing static or motion graphics for product launching, promo, marketing & advertising media and ad hoc events in order to maintain corporate identity and branding. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all designs are completed on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback. Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before finalizing and publishing. Ensure that all designs are free from errors and meet the required specifications. All other duties or projects as assigned. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above in relevant fields. At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). Video and photo shooting skills are a plus. Strong fundamentals in design, animation, typography, and color. Excellent ability to analyze and conceptualize ideas into impactful designs. Proven ability to independently complete design projects, including visual identity (VI) design, image displays, OOH, event materials, and other graphic and video editing tasks.
