Overview Lead a team whilst driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising using your knowledge of the great outdoors Responsibilities As Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with your team across: Sales Performance and Targets Visual Merchandising Management of Inventory People Management Your mission will be to create an environment that will foster premium consumer experience, whilst implementing programs/processes to drive business results & operational excellence. About You We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family.
