Position: Manager Board Support Salary: HSO Level G9 $148,216 - $153,151 Location: Nedlands, Unit / Division: Perth Children's Hospital Office: Office of the Chief Executive Work Type: Permanent - Full Time Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Board Chair, Chief Executive, Executive, and senior leaders to provide expert, timely advice on best practice governance, risk, compliance, reporting and meeting procedures. Prepare and coordinate high-quality reports, briefs, submissions and public documents to support Board decision-making and for all Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers, actions and governance documentation. Develop communication materials, with approval from the Chief Executive, to support Board business and public reporting. Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of Board records, minutes, registers, conflicts of interest and insurance requirements. Support induction of new Board members and ensure ongoing governance compliance. Maintain and review Board and Committee charters, policies and procedures.
