We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands‑on Storeperson to join our Cairns team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our retail store and warehouse running smoothly while also supporting the workshop with accessory fitments and general trade assistance. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role perfect for someone who enjoys variety. One day you’ll be picking and packing stock; the next you may be assisting with sales. With customer interaction, warehouse responsibilities, and trade support all rolled into one, this role suits someone with a “can do” attitude who takes pride in their work and enjoys getting stuck in. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a retail store, warehouse, or trade assistant role Computer and POS knowledge required Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Current Australian Driver’s Licence Current forklift licence required Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain a clean, organised workspace A passion for the 4WD/off‑road industry is highly regarded Physically capable of manual handling, lifting heavy parts, and performing tasks that require bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces Ongoing training and development opportunities Full‑time role with great pay Generous staff discounts on TJM products Employee Assistance Program for additional support About the Company TJM has been empowering adventures into the unknown since 1973.
