Join our Allied Health Assistant Casual Pool and play a vital role in supporting the Out of Hospital Care team across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region. In this rewarding position, you will assist Allied Health Professionals in delivering high-quality therapy and care to patients in both community and acute settings. As part of a flexible casual pool, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of services, locations, and patient needs – making every shift meaningful and unique. This is a great opportunity to develop your clinical skills, work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, with structured guidance of Allied Health Professionals, whilst contributing to improving health outcomes within our vibrant regional communities. Support therapy activities, patient preparation, mobility tasks, and routine screening under AHP direction. Provide education to patients and assist with group programs where required. Monitor patient response to therapy and report observations to supervising clinicians. Complete accurate documentation and administrative tasks associated with patient care.
