About the role We’re growing our sales team and looking for a driven Account Executive to help meet rising demand across our merchant network. You’ll be focused on acquiring and growing relationships with SMB merchants, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and has a strong track record of closing deals at volume. What You’ll Do Proactively identify, prospect, and engage SMB merchants across eCommerce, retail, and hospitality Own and manage the full sales cycle – from outreach and discovery to product demo, negotiation, and close Drive outbound sales activity while maintaining a tailored, solution‑led approach Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and improve conversion Keep CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) up to date with accurate pipeline data and forecasting What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, with a strong focus on SMB merchants Proven success in closing deals through outbound prospecting, at volume Experience in fintech, payments, or eCommerce is highly valued Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills Self‑motivated, organized, and thrives in a dynamic, target‑driven environment A customer‑first mindset with a passion for innovative, tech‑driven solutions High‑growth fintech: be part of a company leading the future of real‑time payments and loyalty solutions.
