We are a team of health professionals specialising in mental health and eating disorders, looking to connect with like‑minded clinicians to support our referral base. Head to our website or check out our socials to learn more about us We can offer you: A flexible contract model that allows practitioners to shape their work around their personal and professional needs with the autonomy to set your own days, work hours and day structure; Efficient reception and administrative support including electronic billing and SMS appointment reminders via our practice management system (Cliniko); Opportunities for peer connection over lunch breaks, within our group supervision sessions, or at one of our social gatherings; Referral stream from both GPs and internally from other clinicians We are looking for someone who: Is available to work one day/week with potential to increase (Mondays specifically at this stage) Has experience working with clients experiencing an eating disorder/disordered eating (we have a waitlist and strong referral base with this population) Embraces working within a values‑aligned organisation and within a collaborative, inter‑disciplinary framework Is eligible for a Medicare provider number (essential) Has, or can obtain, your own ABN (essential) Meet the criteria for, or currently hold, the ANZAED Eating Disorder Credential How to Apply Please email your cover letter and CV to *****@balancedtas.com (addressed to Jodie and Meg- Directors). #J-18808-Ljbffr
