About the Role Senior Leader (R–6) Position of Responsibility (POR 3) tenured, permanent teacher Role includes a 0.6 FTE leadership release and 0.4 FTE teaching load Commencing 20 January 2026 We are seeking a passionate and experienced educational leader to join our Primary Campus as Senior Leader (R–6). This is a key leadership position, responsible for supporting the Principal and Head of Campus (R–6) in leading the spiritual, academic, and pastoral development of students and staff. Candidates must demonstrate team leader or coordinator level leadership experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a vibrant learning community. The successful applicant will: Promote and enhance the Catholic identity of the College. Lead and support high-quality teaching and learning practices. Support teachers in managing student behaviour. Foster a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and student voice. Manage daily operations including relief coordination and key events. Contribute to strategic planning and continuous school improvement. Requirements Current Teacher Registration in South Australia Accreditation to teach in Catholic Education South Australia Current and acceptable Working with Children Clearance and screening to work in Catholic Education SA Current valid Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care certificate Applicable First Aid Certificate Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience relevant to the role Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience Applications Applications should be no longer than six pages and include: A cover letter and resume Contact details of three current referees A completed Applicant Declaration Form Please include your current Principal as one of your Referees.
