Care Manager (CCRPL- ) Nowra, Australia Salary: AUD120,000 – AUD140,000 per annum We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Manager to lead a passionate clinical team and ensure residents receive exceptional, person‑centred care every day in the Shoalhaven Region, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for clinical leadership, compliance, and care delivery while supporting and empowering your nursing and care staff to provide high‑quality, dignified care. This is the ideal role for a Registered Nurse ready to step up or a current Care Manager seeking a rewarding environment with strong support and autonomy. What You'll Do Lead and manage clinical and personal care delivery to ensure safety and quality Complete and oversee comprehensive assessments and care plans Provide hands‑on clinical support in medication, wound, infection control and palliative care Mentor and guide RNs, ENs and Carers to achieve professional excellence Maintain compliance with all aged care legislation, quality standards and codes of conduct Oversee incident management, risk reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Build trusting relationships with residents, families and allied health professionals About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions) Extensive clinical and leadership experience in aged care or health settings Strong understanding of aged care quality standards, AN‑ACC and accreditation processes Confident in managing budgets, staffing and resource allocation Competent with aged care management systems and Microsoft Office Current First Aid, CPR, police check and NDIS worker check Whats in it for you Salary packaging + NFP tax benefits – $18,550 Career progression through a large national organisation Free parking onsite Smaller team and facility – key focus on mentorship Coastal living Supportive management team and an enjoyable culture Overall, this is a great opportunity to join a close‑knit and supportive team in a beautiful coastal area where you will be set up with the tools and time to actually build relationships with residents while developing staff and ensuring best practice.
