We upgrade Australian businesses and households with Solar & Battery systems, Air-conditioning, Heat Pump water heating, LED Lighting, and Energy Management Solutions , putting more money back in our clients' pockets while reducing their carbon footprint. As we evolve into the next stage of growth, we seek enterprising self-starters to test their ideas under our brand. The Role As a Green Energy Sales Consultant your role will be 100% new business acquisition , closing pre-qualified Solar & Battery packages and cross selling our product suite . This will require you to close sales over the phone and face to face to convince interested clients to purchase our solar & battery packages. With operations across SA, VIC, NSW and QLD , we are expanding our sales team in Adelaide and looking for a driven Green Energy Sales Consultant ready to take their income and career to the next level. Leveraging generous state and national subsidies, you'll assist customers in upgrading at heavily subsidised prices. These government schemes aim to reduce electricity and/or gas use by creating financial incentives for homes and organisations to invest in energy-saving upgrades. Success in this role hinges on your ability to drive sales, capitalise on available subsidies, and provide tailored solutions to meet the energy needs of our clients. Responsibilities Attend to pre-qualified leads from various sources and close deals Actively hunt new sales opportunities and drive referrals to close more deals Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts using our CRM Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure satisfactory service outcomes. We are willing to give you a shot with in-depth training if you have a proven Sales track record and hunger for success in the Green Energy space Able to hit KPIs – Drive to sell Strong closer with ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change Independent self-starter driven by sales results & have excellent communication skills Strong business development skills with a continuous focus on building pipelines Contribute to team success and hungry to play in an ambitious team What’s in it for you? Base salary with achievable OTE at $130,000 to $190,000 plus. Your commissions will be UNCAPPED rewarding hungry performers.
