Scullery Attendant

Our Wests Nelson Bay team is looking for a Casual Scullery Attendant to join our hardworking and friendly catering team. This is an important behind-the-scenes role that keeps our kitchens running smoothly across our busy food outlets and catering operations. You'll play a key part in maintaining the high standards our members and guests love - keeping things clean, organised, and ready for service. What you'll be doing Cleaning crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment Clearing and cleaning tables when required Keeping work areas clean and hygienic Assisting with the set‑up and close‑down of service Sweeping and mopping floors Ensuring appropriate disposal of waste This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, along with a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts throughout the week. Summer, public holidays, and school holidays are our busiest time, so being part of the action is key. About you You’re reliable, hardworking, and take pride in doing a job well. You enjoy being part of a team and can stay calm and focused when things get busy.
