Part-Time Appointment Setter (Melbourne, Hybrid) GrowthArk — a Melbourne GTM consultancy helping B2B firms build scalable revenue systems — is seeking an experienced appointment setter to keep our calendar full of qualified sales meetings. What you’ll do (15-20 hrs/week) Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with our Instantly + Clay lists Qualify prospects against clear ICP criteria and book meetings via Calendly/HubSpot Send reminders, reschedule no-shows, and maintain clean CRM notes Share quick insights on reply rates and objections so we can refine messaging What you bring 2+ years’ B2B appointment-setting / SDR success (agency or SaaS a plus) Confident phone skills and crisp written copy Hands-on with HubSpot, Sales Nav, Instantly (or similar) Able to work live during AEST business hours; Melbourne based with Australian work rights Why GrowthArk $30–$50 AUD per hour + quarterly performance bonus Flexible hybrid setup (WFH + CBD co-working) Direct mentorship from senior GTM operators and exposure to cutting-edge outbound methods Note: This role will only be given to an A-Player, defined as someone obsessed with meeting quota, learning, growing and succeeding.
