As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that enhance operations and support long‑term business objectives. Responsibilities Work with business teams to understand workflows and capture requirements. Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements. Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories. Support system implementations, upgrades and integrations. Run workshops, training and change‑management activities to help teams adopt new systems. Prepare documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders and executives. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation. Knowledge of property management, valuations or real‑estate operations. Experience with property technology platforms. Strong skills in business analysis tools and Agile project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
