About the role Are you mechanically minded, enjoy solving problems, and love being out in the field? We’re on the lookout for a field service technician to join our clients’ team on a casual, full-time basis in Mount Isa. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands‑on, independent, and enjoys working directly with customers to keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities Visiting customer sites to provide service and support for water treatment systems and related equipment. Performing start‑ups, preventative maintenance, repairs, and basic operational training. Adjusting chemical dosages and troubleshooting equipment issues. Documenting service visits and maintaining accurate records. Supporting customer training and working closely with sales teams to identify needs. Ensuring safety standards are always met. Skills / Experience 2–4 years of experience in field service, troubleshooting, or repairs. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally. Comfortable working flexible hours and independently. High school diploma required; trade certification or associate degree preferred.
