Urban Renters Agent is redefining what it means to rent well helping renters relocating to and within Brisbane find, inspect, and secure standout residential rentals—fast. Powered by a team of seasoned property managers and licensed real estate agents, we use our insider know‑how to streamline applications and settle clients smoothly into their new homes. Our clients are professionals relocating for employment opportunities. They have strong renter profiles but are time poor and need representation in securing a suitable property and guidance throughout the somewhat complicated process of renting. We are always on the search for good people and this time it is for a Brisbane local - an experienced Property Manager that would like a role reversal - to apply their knowledge and experience to helping the renter instead of the landlord. Important to note, we focus on the move‑in process only, not ongoing lease support. Qualifications & Experience Must hold a current Real Estate Qualification Driver\'s Licence and your own vehicle essential Minimum 2 years experience in property management Tasks & Responsibilities Communicating daily with both clients and real estate agents in the search for suitable rental properties Inspecting properties with the view to capturing detail that is relevant to the decision making process for the client Applying your skills as a property manager to helping the renter through the process of Tenancy Application and verification Knowledge and understanding of how to complete a Condition Report - this includes good attention to detail Interpreting and understanding the renters requirements and applying these to both online and off‑market searches and in person property inspections Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. As with most Real Estate roles, Saturday work is sometimes needed but comes hand in hand with a day off in lieu. Knowledge of Brisbane, its regions and a fair understanding of market rents in each area Confidence and the ability to build your own network of agents that will assist you representing our clients Travel to our Sydney HQ on a monthly/bi‑monthly basis is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
