You’ll play a key role in transporting pathology samples that help diagnose and treat patients quickly. What's on offer? Then head south to Narrabri, stopping at the local lab, before continuing to Gunnedah to meet our Tamworth‑based courier for the final handover. Work is scheduled on a rostered basis and may include weekends and public holidays to ensure continuity of service. Qualifications & responsibilities Level of fitness appropriate to courier duties – walk long distances and lift, carry and move items of up to 10 kg over an eight‑hour shift Ability to be flexible and participate in a 24 hour / 7‑day roster Current unencumbered Class C NSW driver’s licence with an exemplary driving record (recent RTA infringement record print‑out required) Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver efficient and effective services Ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated excellent time‑management skills with the ability to maintain high‑quality work output while managing competing priorities Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and within a team and to promote teamwork as a basis for improvement Click here for the Position Description Find out more about applying for this position For role‑related queries or questions contact Nigeline Sio on Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases This is a Category A position.
