Entire Software Pty Ltd is a leading Australian software company that provides end-to-end solutions for labour‑hire agencies, simplifying the candidate experience and shortening the onboarding process. We are looking for an experienced Developer Programmer to join our team in Seaford, Victoria . This is a full‑time role with an annual salary of $100,000 + Superannuation . Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of enterprise‑grade .NET applications focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Write, review, and maintain clean, secure, and efficient code using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related frameworks. Oversee the integration of AI/ML models and services (e.g., for candidate matching, shift forecasting, data analysis) into existing .NET‑based systems. Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and promote best practices across the team. Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and integrate external services using modern tools and protocols (e.g., GraphQL, gRPC, OAuth). Lead database schema design, performance tuning, and complex queries in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and access speed. Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, and deployment strategies on Azure/AWS. Embed security‑first principles throughout the SDLC, addressing OWASP guidelines, secure coding practices, and vulnerability mitigation. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to break down technical requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features iteratively. Stay current with .NET and AI advancements, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance product capabilities. Requirements At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science. At least 6 years of professional developer/programmer experience in a corporate setting. At least 6 years of experience architecting and engineering large‑scale .NET applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET. At least 6 years of experience designing and implementing complex system architectures. At least 6 years of experience engineering secure, high‑performance RESTful APIs and using GraphQL, gRPC, OAuth2.0, JWT, and enterprise SSO solutions. At least 6 years of advanced database engineering in SQL Server and PostgreSQL. At least 6 years of experience integrating AI/ML components into production systems. At least 6 years of experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC), containerised workloads, and multi‑environment deployments using Azure DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. At least 6 years of experience embedding enterprise‑grade cybersecurity practices. At least 6 years of experience leading engineering teams in a physical corporate setting. Excellent communication skills and time‑management skills. Good analytical and reporting abilities. Logical approach to problem solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind.
