About the role This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape how TAC manages its commercial leases and physical assets across all sites. You’ll lead the coordination of building leases, asset management strategies and facilities operations to ensure our workplaces are safe, functional and aligned with organisational goals. About the Team This role is part of the Workplaces team within the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience division. You’ll work alongside various teams across the organisation in particular Corporate Legal, Strategic Procurement and Finance all focused on creating great outcomes through strong partnerships and shared purpose. What we are looking for Facilities and Asset Management Expertise You bring experience in managing facility operations, leases and asset lifecycles ideally backed by qualifications in facilities or asset management. Collaborative and Customer‑Focused You’re a relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service across teams and external providers. Organised and Strategic Thinker You’re confident managing contracts, budgets and compliance requirements with a knack for identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
