About the Role We are seeking a resilient, driven and strategic Supply Chain Director with strong manufacturing/production experience including financial acumen to complete the transformation of our supply chain operations in line with our business plan. Once the transformation is completed this senior role will operate at both the executive level, managing strategy design and business performance as well as at the executional level ensuring day to day operating plans are delivered. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and hands‑on leadership across production and manufacturing, with the capability to step in and support site operations when required. Lead and complete the transformation of supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s long‑term vision. Develop and implement a modern, technology‑driven supply chain strategy to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. Build and lead a high‑performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Utilise data analytics and financial metrics to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. Deliver a structured monthly reporting framework for key supply chain performance metrics, including cost, efficiency, and service levels to drive robust, data‑driven month end reviews and informed decision making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies. Implement digital supply chain solutions to enhance visibility, traceability, and predictive capabilities. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and sustainability goals. Requirements Extensive experience in senior‑level supply chain leadership, preferably within the Dairy or FMCG industry. Strong background in food manufacturing/production operations, with the ability to actively support and understand day‑to‑day factory activities. Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or a related field. Proven track record of leading large‑scale supply chain transformations in a fast‑paced, perishable goods environment. Knowledge of cold chain logistics, food safety regulations, and sustainability best practices. Experience with digital supply chain solutions, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
