As a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you'll be the trusted expert helping customers find the right tech products and services while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences – Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring a memorable experience. Be the Go-To Tech Expert – Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions. Achieve and Excel – Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate and Contribute – Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals. Salary and Benefits Part Time – Hourly Rate: $30.33 per hour *Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age. *Penalty rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% on Saturday, 100% on Sunday, and 150% on public holidays. First 2 months guaranteed while you learn on board. Variable remuneration will be applied according to the plan’s rules.
