What you’ll do Design and build scalable, performant web applications using React and Node.js. Own features end‑to‑end : from architecture and API design to deployment and monitoring. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences . Shape architecture: influence patterns, tooling, and platform standards that enable speed with safety. Work autonomously: break down complex problems, identify trade‑offs, and deliver pragmatic solutions in a regulated domain. What we’re looking for Senior‑level experience (7+ years) building production‑grade web applications end‑to‑end. Deep expertise in React – hooks, state management, performance optimisation. Strong Node.js/Express skills, including API design, security, scalability, and maintainability . Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and deliver production‑ready solutions. Pragmatic problem solver: you are biased toward action, communicate clearly, and thrive with autonomy. Bonus: Experience with Firebase, GCP, healthcare tech.
