We are a not‑for‑profit NDIS provider based in Wagga Wagga, delivering services across the Riverina Murray region. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to producing positive outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with disability. Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Educator with a Bachelor of Early Childhood degree to provide services to our NDIS participant base ranging from babies to 7 years old. This role includes working with children and Parenting Support Services (DSS) programs. Responsibilities Provide learning experiences and opportunities for each child designed to promote identity, wellbeing, confidence and effective communication skills. Use evidence‑based practice to deliver services focused on early intervention, prevention, capacity building and school transitions. Collaborate with families to share knowledge and skills, enabling them to implement ongoing learning opportunities in the home and other natural environments.
