Food Production & Packing Line Worker & Baker Food Production & Packing Line Worker & Baker Suprima Bakeries Pty Ltd Minto, NSW Full Time About us Suprima Bakeries, part of the Prima Group, operates a cutting-edge automated plant in MINTO. Our facility boasts the latest technology, including a fully automated frozen warehouse. We specialise in a wide range of frozen dough products, catering to supermarket in-store bakeries, quick-service restaurants, chain bakeries, and distributors. Role overview We are seeking Food Production, Packing Line Workers & Bakers to become part of our team across AM, PM & Night Shift Production. Benefits Training provided within a dynamic production team Paid Lunch Breaks and Convenient Onsite Parking Key duties Operate machinery. Measure ingredients and mix raw materials. Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations. Production and Packing lines Clean equipment and workspace Work safely and adhere to safe practices. Key skills and requirements Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc. Manual handling up to 25kgs Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail with a positive attitude Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality. (Preferred but not essential) Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitasking. Able to stand for long periods at a time. Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts in temperature-controlled environment Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP) Basic understanding of HACCP principles (formal certification preferred but not required - training provided) Must have valid work rights in Australia and be able to pass pre-employment checks NO AGENCIES & APPOINTMENT ONLY Application questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
