We are a natioinally Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 41019) based in Sydney, delivering First Aid and CPR courses (HLTAID series). We are seeking a passionate and reliable Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment to our students. Role Responsibilities Deliver First Aid and CPR training (e.g. HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID012 or equivalent scope). Conduct assessment in line with RTO standards and ASQA requirements. Ensure all training records are completed and submitted accurately. Provide a supportive and professional learning environment for students. What We Offer All training materials and equipment can be provided. Supportive team and compliance consultant available for assistance. Opportunity for ongoing work and long-term collaboration. ✔ Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent). ✔ Current HLTAID009 CPR certification. ✔ ABN (Australian Business Number) – for contractor engagement. ✔ Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills. ✔ Must have unrestricted Australian work rights.
