Ramp agent

National Ground Handling Manager, Corporate Air / Link Airways Link Airways & Corporate Air provide airline services, aircraft charter and ground handling to customers on the Eastern seaboard. Suitably experienced Ground Handlers are required to join our Canberra based team. This Full‑time position in our front‑line team will see you providing functions associated with customer service and/or ramp duties. Responsibilities Provide customer service and ramp assistance as required. Support the team with a "can‑do" attitude, maintaining company standards. Manage changing priorities, unplanned disruptions and competing deadlines. Maintain safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. Be flexible with working hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Qualifications Experience in the customer service and/or ramp ground handling environment. Airline customer service and/or ramp experience preferred but not essential. High regard for safety and strong safety culture. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
