Our Sydney Distribution Centre plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service and accuracy to our customers across Australia. We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week) . About the Role Reporting to the DC Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring stock is accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet daily operational requirements. You’ll also assist with inventory control, general warehouse tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and label orders accurately using an RF scanner Verify and store stock, ensuring documentation matches inventory Support monthly stock takes and cyclic counts Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow WHS requirements Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets About You You’re organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of teamwork. You take pride in doing things right the first time and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: A current Forklift Licence (essential) At least 2 years of warehouse experience , ideally in a distribution environment Solid attention to detail and time management Basic computer literacy (MS Office; ERP system experience an advantage) A commitment to safety and quality standards Work Hours This is a 20‑hour part‑time role , and we’re open to two possible schedules: Preferred: 20 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday (approx. 4 hours per day) Alternative: Full afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) Why Westcon‑Comstor?
